Cancellation Policy
To secure your garden consultation, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 3 days in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations will forfeit the deposit. If inclement weather affects your scheduled consultation, we will reschedule for the next available time that works for both of us and ensure your deposit is moved accordingly.
